Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation
Following consideration of comments received in relation to the Policy Intentions Draft version of the Plan, and meetings with various interested parties, policies and proposals have been drafted to address various matters of interest to the community.
The Steering Group is now consulting on the Neighbourhood Plan under Regulation 14 and would welcome comments before midnight on Friday, 20th of February 2020. Comments can be submitted using the Response form, using the web based Response Form, or by email or mail, providing in all cases, as a minimum, responders provide a post code.
There will be a public meeting, to which everyone is welcome, during the consultation period, the date will be advised towards the end of January 2020.
A Copy of Neighbourhood Plan, to which comments would be welcomed before the deadline, is available to the public.

Once consultation has ended, all comments will be considered before the Neighbourhood Plan is submitted to the local planning authority for examination. if the Plan passes the examination procedure it will be the subject of a Referendum when the community will be asked whether the Plan is supported.
