Legislation requires a screening assessment to be completed to understand whether the Plan is likely to give rise to strategic environmental impacts or affect protected habitats.
Following consultation on an initial SEA/HRA Screening Opinion, a Determination Statement was issued to confirm how the plan is unlikely to result in significant environmental effects. A copy of the Determination Statement, which includes a copy of the full SEA/HRA, is available to the public.
A copy of the Determination Statement has also been posted on NYMNA and Hambleton District Council’s websites.
