Private Edward Granger’s ailment was noted as “Gunshot wound V (3) bladder, severe”.

Note that his name is spelt with an “i” and he is listed as a member of the Labour Corps, Regimental Number 9638 – even though his headstone records him without an “i” and as a member of the Lincolnshire Regiment, Regimental Number 29751.
